The board appoints Bo Foged interim CEO of ATP
ATP’s board of directors has with immediate effect appointed ATP’s CFO interim CEO of ATP. This happens after Christian Hyldahl Saturday decided to step down as CEO.
Chairman of the board motivates the decision:
”As a CFO, Bo Foged has a broad overview of and detailed insight in the ATP Group. Furthermore, Bo Foged possesses both the professional and managerial skills to run ATP in this interim period. On behalf of the board of directors, I would like to acknowledge that Bo Foged accepts the task until we in the board have found the right CEO for ATP.”
Bo Foged states in this regard:
”The board of directors has asked me to take on the position as interim CEO of ATP. I have accepted the task, and I thank the board for their confidence and together with the rest of the Group management I will do my very best to meet the expectations of the board. To comply with the questions concerning the position as a permanent CEO of ATP, I can announce that I am not a candidate for this position.
