In addition to ATP itself, the ATP Group also includes 26 subsidiaries that are all included in the consolidated financial statements.
Investment
Several of ATP's investment activities have been spun off into a number of subsidiaries. More specifically, the companies manage investments in real estate, infrastructure, private equities, forests and credit funds. In addition, ATP has two investment companies.

Real estate
ATP Ejendomme A/S
This company carries out a total administration of the ATP Group’s directly owned investment properties in Denmark and around the world. The portfolio is owned by ATP and ATP Ejendomme A/S, respectively.

Private equity
ATP Private Equity Partners
This company invests primarily in international equity funds.
External mandates
ATP Invest
ATP Invest invests in high-yield bonds, which are bonds issued by companies with low credit ratings or by developing countries via external portfolio management contracts. Nykredit Portefølje Administration A/S is responsible for managing investments under ATP Invest.
Administration
PensionService A/S, an administration services company, is also part of the ATP Group. PensionService A/S offers administrative services to different business areas. The company can provide both administrative services and act as a customer consultant about either outsourcing part of the total operations or the whole lot.
